VCP Drivers for RS232 to USB Communication Cable

CAUTION: Make sure that the DataBank battery is fully charged before attempting upgrade.

​

Customers who are having trouble communicating with their Databank Handheld Dataloggers will probably require VCP Drivers to be loaded to their computers so that their computer will recognize the USB plug-in.  Please follow instructions below after downloading the VCP Driver folder to install drivers, which will be used to establish a communication port for your USB.
