of making quantitative measurements for
estimating actual concentrations of a specific
fluorophore in solution.

In Vivo Chlorophyll

This short video will instruct users on how to calibrate
or set their AquaFluor Handheld Fluorometer with
in vivo Chlorophyll channel using a secondary solid
standard for the purpose of making qualitative
chlorophyll measurements for determining relative
abundance of algae in water.
